Welcome to PsychoNuke!

PsychoNuke is a PHP-Nuke module which allows you to embed PsychoStats directly into your PHP-Nuke site. You can find it available for download in the downloads section, and can get support in the forums.

This website is currently undergoing some changes after a server crash a couple of months ago, so there is no demo available right now, and unforunately the history of previous questions and answers in the forums have been lost. Feel free to start asking questions and stuff in the forums, and if you'd like to see PsychoNuke in action, I suggest you take a peek at my clan's website... http://www.clan-uke.co.uk/ ... I'll get a demo back on here soon enough.

To see a demo of PsychoNuke 0.6.0 (for PS 2.3.1 or later) in action, see my clan's website: http://www.clan-uke.co.uk

As soon as I've got the go-ahead from Stormtrooper to allow the general public to see what PS3 will look like, I will make a demo of PsychoNuke 3.0 available on this site.

Keep up-to-date with the latest development progress by reading the news stories below.

PS3 Demo Available on PsychoStats site!

PHP-NukeStormtrooper has put up an early demo of PsychoStats 3 to try and get as much feedback as possible now before a public release. I urge you to go and take a look, play around, and post your comments in the PsychoStats forum:

Click here to view the PsychoStats v3.0 DEMO!

Please provide any and all feedback in this forum thread!

I will hopefully be able to have a PsychoNuke demo up in the next few weeks for you to try out too - but in the meantime it's definitely worth checking out the PS3 demo as soon as possible! Remember - any issues or ideas for PS3 will mean that PsychoNuke will include them too!

PsychoNuke v3.0 Progress

PHP-NukeI've begun working on the PsychoNuke module in earnest. Unfortunately nothing is ready for you the public to take a good look at, and until Stormtrooper (creator of PsychoStats) gives the go-ahead to allow me to reveal what PS3 will look like to you, you'll just have to wait a bit longer I'm afraid!

The good news is that I've got almost all of the functionality that Stormtrooper has made available to us Beta Testers already integrated. I'm most of the way through the user and session integration too. At the time of writing this update, you no longer need to log in to the PsychoStats pages seperately to your PHP-Nuke site. In other words, when people sign up for your PHP-Nuke site, they will be able to use the PsychoStats part of it (using PsychoNuke) using the same login. So if you are logged in to the main site, you are automatically logged in to the stats! There are already a few minor issues I need to iron out, but I'm hoping that moving forwards what we end up with is a very integrated solution.

Apart from the user login stuff, the rest of PsychoNuke so far seems to be working very nicely indeed, so I'm optimistic that you're all going to be very happy with what Stormtrooper has achieved in PS3, the result of which give us PHP-Nuke users the opportunity to have an awesome module for use on our sites.

I'll try to keep you all updated as things progress.

PsychoStats v3.0 is under development, PsychoNuke v3.0 will be SOON!

PHP-NukeWell, as I'm sure you're all aware, PsychoStats v3.0 is currently under development by Stormtrooper. I will very shortly be starting work on building a PsychoNuke module to handle PsychoStats v3.0 when it comes out. As usual (now that I'm no longer planning a wedding 24/7!!!), I hope to find enough time to be able to release PsychoNuke within days of PsychoStats being made available.

"What does the Beta of PsychoStats v3.0 look like so far?" you might ask... well, it's looking pretty darn good really! Before you ask though - the answer is: "NO, I'm not allowed to let you have a copy or take a look"... that's a priviledge reserved by Stormtrooper I'm afraid, and I will not be giving any sneak previews... sorry!

The good news is that PsychoStats v3.0 has some changes to the user management which should make integration with PsychoNuke much neater... no more dual logins! In other words, your PHP-Nuke user accounts will be the one that people use to access their stats! Much neater, and much simpler than before! Once I've managed to get that little bit of integration sorted out, hopefully the rest of the project will just "come together", and I can concentrate on neatening up the PHP-Nuke integration, and maybe offering some "added value" for us PHP-Nukers. Time will tell I guess.

Anyway, it's good to be married, and it's good to be back! I hope that this site can soon get back to where we were before the server crashed... that's over 750 registered users, over 5000 PsychoNuke downloads, and several thousand other downloads of the other PsychoNuke mini-projects!

In future I will be giving PsychoNuke the same version number as the version of PsychoStats that it works with, except for a release indicator. So the first release of PsychoNuke for PsychoStats v3.0 will be PsychoNuke v3.0-R1 ... hopefully this will help remove some of the past confusion about which version of PN works with which version of PS!

I'll be sorting out the forums, downloads, etc. as soon as I get a chance... keep your eyes peeled!
